Has anyone ever considered using pre-fab home on a quick sale option?

I would strongly recommend getting a pre-approval or a letter of intent before you talk about a Heloc.

They handle any pre-booking and pre-stay communication with guests.

@Tim DiMario- thanks and welcome ...I would recommend getting formally pre approved for a hypotehtical scenario with a lender ...This process will help get you organized / prepared and its free ...you will also learn a lot ....if you never  buy anything or dont buy anything for soem time - its  OK ...good luck

Contact numerous lenders, prepare financial paperwork, and acquire a mortgage pre-approval letter.

At the very least, I would start by identifying an investor focused agent in your area, get pre approved and start looking into putting in offers on a house hack.

I'm trying to do a cold call with a recent property listed but don't have the current owners info. Do I go to the county's records office to find out? 

So you can't just get a pre-approval for all properties like in residential real estate, but a pre-approval for the exact property you are going to make an offer on (Is that correct)?
