Hoping someone could refer me to a good rental investment real estate agent in Las Vegas NV?

I have also been lucky enough to have been working with a real estate firm here in DFW that focuses primarily on due diligence of Freddie Mac multifamily securitizations for B-Piece buyers, so I've been able to hone my multifamily due diligence and underwriting skills in this field for the past 2 years on top of our self-education.At this time, we're focused on acquiring a duplex/triplex in the DFW metroplex (focused in the Irving/Las Colinas, Coppell, Carrollton/Farmers Branch, Richardson and Trinity Groves/Medical District areas in Dallas, as well as some of the surrounding submarkets on a deal-by-deal basis), with the plan to house-hack.

Our MLS in Las Vegas has search criteria for “foreclosure” and “short sale” functions.

Las Vegas Area is my region

Coast / Western US you can find plenty of such homes in places like LA, Seattle, Las Vegas. 

We dont really have any war zones IMO -- not compared to crapholes like New Orleans, the nastiness of downtown San Diego or some bad places in KC, Las Vegas etc.Just dont buy in Hilltop, or Planview if you know what's good for you - come visit the city - walk the neighborhoods, drive them etc and you can get a feel - Sunday afternoon Saturday evening you can get a good feel for what is going on in a neighborhood. 

Looking for any insight into Las Vegas, i am specially looking for multifamily opportunities (no more than a 4 plex).

@Lee RipmaI too like Las Vegas but you’ll have toss toss your median home price of $100-$250k in the trash.
