I personally just peruse the houses for sale and compare them.

I would have a per user cost based on my advertising, but should have a decent margin as proficient with marketing online, just never used it to acquire real-estate leads.

So, I will start perusing the other forums.

I am perusing multi's as well, but I am from the east coast where i have done my investing and still do, which offers go in at 50 to 75k per unit.

BP isn't simply a site to peruse, it is a site to use and be involved in.  

I have spent a few days perusing the forums and reading some of the recommended books.

I've learned about RE investing primarily through reading books (discovered through BP podcasts and GoodReads reviews) and perusing BP forums / note taking during BP podcasts. 

Before lease signing I give ample time to review the lease and sometimes like this mans case gave him a sample copy to take home to peruse the clauses and yes check out the facts on his own.
