Most people in this situation do not want a part time job. 

Anyone can live anywhere they want if they have the money, and sometimes houses are bought and then rented out without much background checking on the people moving in.

I don't often see people talk about it very much on here at all.

.: I just hired an architect to design and plans submit for ADU in my 8 multi unit to use the tuck under parking.Some people say do not try to be the general contractor as it will take way more time, costly mistakes and will be nearly impossible to manage with current work. best to hire a company that will do it all and cost about $250 per square foot.

.: Since you're in Wyoming isn't setting up a Wyoming Trust a lot easier than for us out of state people?

Hello, wanted to get peoples thoughts on long distance rentals and how I should best prepare --I have two 3 unit buildings in Chicago that I have owned for several years.

But for people thinking about diving in now, what’s the point?

Their company is pretty great at not responding to their communities people , not following local law yet alone their own lease agreements The uptick of lot rents I get it it’s business but also driving out affordability for people which again it’s a business so some may say that part is just the territory , but not following lease agreements , hiring poor management and then doing nothing about it when it’s escalated is a reflection on their business aswell   best of luck. 

Most importantly, they are disrespectful and bad business people.
