Again your only getting general information in some states the land contracts can be voided that quick but other states you MUST go through a full foreclosure and then if they dont move a full eviction I KNOW i have been there done that. ..

During the meeting attorney suggests they have a “great” case, and they should move forward by filing an immediate injunction to “freeze” assets.

She was being diplomatic and didn’t say specifically it was me and the other Multi Family Mindset student but we got the impression he was trying to get us pushed out of it so he could move in and get a bigger percentage.A month or so went by and then next thing I know we had to learn by a social media post that my Multi Family Mindset coach had a new deal with the two former students who we had partnered with on this same deal.

I recently had a long-term (5.5 years) tenant move out.

My wife and I use to live in central GA and in North Carolina but moved out to Arizona a couple years ago.

Just trying to figure out if it is truly the best way for us to move forward with our company.
