If your neighbors work for nurseries, have yappy or mean dogs, erect two fences around their property, are livid when PGE goes in and places Smart meters on their electrical box, have motion detector lights on their house and locked access on all parameter gates you can bet its a grow house.  

During a walk-through of my property today, my contractor says that my 1966-built single family with basement will need hard-wired detectors: Plain old smoke detectors in bedroom, and combo smoke/monoxide detectors near bottom landing of basement stairway and another one near the furnace. 

Section 8 has their own rules, as I am sure you know.Your situation with carbon and smoke detectors may have more to do with the layout of the property.  

These comprise items such as the presence of smoke detectors and preventing hazards to small children. 

I want to do a few wholesales and don't have any money but have a  buyer and seller just don't know how to get it in motion ?????

I'll go through the motions if I'm in the car bored driving (which is a lot), but if I'm in the middle of something I'll cut them off and tell them what I'll buy and they come back with "How many bedrooms?"
