Often times for the major clogs it'll be something like grease poured down the drain, food shoved through the kitchen sink (we don't do garbage disposals) or feminine products that were flushed.

You either need to (illegally) discharge the water into the sewer line, or take it way far from the house.I actually spent some time under the house while my wife flushed both toilets, ran water in all the drains, etc. to be sure all is well with the drains.
