I have an accounting degree, and I still outsource my taxes.

This means the property is owned by the IRA, and all income and expenses flow through it.

My goal here is to learn and to understand. 

More are in rural to weak suburban areas and not well located and cheap construction sheet metal sides and back.

I don't see a lot and feel like there is spam in some of them.
