Look at your current cash position to invest with reserves.Look at your credit scores and your debt ratios.Determine based on asset size that likely you will buy locally.Determine how much time you will have to put into an investment to keep it performing.These are the basics but without answering these questions you will not get a direction and clarity of how to proceed. 

I am hoping to gain some clarity when I talk with him in a few weeks.

I have been reading some of the post here about LLC's and Land Trust and I wanted to try to get some clarity. 1) I live in Florida so would I need to create a Land trust in another state(VA) in order for it to be more secure?

Any type of business always carries unforeseen circumstance, but it provides so much more mental clarity to just ride the wave.

I would definitely ask for clarity on what this fee is, and why you only learned about it when receiving a contract. 

@Gregory Flores, Jr. so just for clarity, "too much paper was flushed causing water leakage along the piping," Too much paper doesn't cause the pipe to leak.

I think the recent adjustments we are experiencing on Idealista and other portals do not reflect yet the market reality, but people are just trying to revert prices back to what the "fair value" should have been a few months ago.The market is frozen so far and sellers are holding their breath for a while, waiting for more clarity to come soon.
