I say that because if the PM only does handy-man work . . . perhaps he or she is not equipped to know if the the plumbing p-trap was installed properly, if the breaker at the electrical panel is large enough for the AC, if the aluminum wiring has purple wire nuts, if the outlet is GFCI protected, if the wall is not structurally built, etc.

Has the electric been upgraded to meet today's standards or is in aluminum wiring, too small of a panel, weak breakers, knob-and-tube wiring, no GFCI outlets, etc?
