We shoot the videos from our Iphone's and edit them using the iMovie app that comes with the newest IOS software update for the phone.

To me, it seems like you are comparing apples to oranges.

If I own Apple and some Apple product blows up in someones hand... that person could come directly to me as the owner and try to take everything I have if the business protections are not set in place as they should be.  

As such, analyze probabilities and discount your numbers to compare apples to apples :)

Besides, I'd bet that you could hold off and make do, until you could get your own building built, Apple doesn't lease, neither does Verizon!
