Having a commercial policy usually only covers property and liability, hence the reason for having the umbrella as well.

Another option is to look into some funds as well that allow smaller investments. some are anywhere from 500-$10,000 minimums and accept non accredited investors (through regulation a+).If you ran numbers of a loan paying p&i at 10% but ot being able to reinvest the principal payments you realize how low your returns actually are. so yes notes are great but also understand that idle money for any investment is not fun.

All and all, make sure to do your own due diligence when using Paperstac as well as others because the info can be old and not up to date.

One other tenant occasionally has loud noise as well, about every other month.

Very excited about how well they are doing.. they are not holding but I am helping them make 250 to 400k in cash a year or more by financing thier deals for them.
