Logos come and go, but what sticks with people are successes and failures they had with you.  

No idea, never heard of them.But who names their company after the Wolf of Wall Street company, even using their lion logo?

Basically so when a potential renter asks 'why are you $100 higher than option X' we can say 'well, we have the best units and the best service..... see what our existing tenants have to say and decide if it is worth the price'.Part of this marketing is finalizing a recognizable logo that we will use in a lot of different ways including on our for rent signs AND 'yard signs' we are planning on starting to use.

Those letters with our logo are only as good as previous letters.

Will they allow that, will they allow you to design your own logo, your own signs, your own business cards, your own website.Many agents use the company websites as #1 it is easy, #2 it complies with the laws, #3 they have good lead capture, #4 they have easy built in IDX capabilities to display listings and in a legal way.I don't like building it around a name....and I think it is wise to be careful what you name your brand. 

For now this will only distract you from what you should be doing: deals.Before I get killed here by team technology here, let me say this: I appreciate the notion of "starting professional", but in my 15 year experience working and mentoring a lot of new investors, software, websites, logos, business cards and entities etc are all "shiny objects" that serve no real purpose other than mesmerizing and distracting from the real job on hand, which is buying properties and renting them out.Software and automation have it's place, when you have grown so big, that this is becoming a bottleneck, then it is a solution to an actual problem.

Currently, I use Innago for:- applications (you can personalize with intro's, logo, and their applications can be modified to questions to a specific property also)- listings (they automatically list on realtor.com and zumper, I also list on zillow and FB market Place)- tenant screening (background, credit and eviction history)- lease signing, addendum signing (this is a powerful one, they allow you to upload a PDF and leave it blank in areas that need to be changed, a good majority of the document is automatically filled in when you select a tenant so all you have to do is verify it and send)- Documents, (I use this for the walkthrough documents, photo's, anything that is specific to the renter) (I use stessa documents for property specific documents)- tenant communication (the only thing that I would like to add to their software is scheduled messages, for items like filter replacements ect... you can have a saved template that you just select the tenant and send which is quick. - maintenance requests (When your tenant or you put the maintenance in you can review it modify it ask questions then send it to your handyman via email with all the information so they can give you a quote on repairs) (it also tracks if they are still open or closed, you can make it where you or both you and the tenant can see the maintenance request which is good because some of the minor repairs I keep track of until tenant turnover so I can fix later)- rent payments, (they even allow for a security deposit return electronically vice mailing it)I use Stessa for all of my accounting.One thing I would like for Innago to add is a calendar option inside of the software.

The apartments.com interface as of now looked basically exactly like cozy, and had the logo for both cozy and apartments.com at the top of the page.
