Spraying coke cans on the ceiling to demonstrate water damage, cutting the ground wires in a/c units to make it undesirable when the BPO comes out, etc...that is closer to the fraud end of the spectrum to me.

The problem with the current home is... we live in a newer but abandoned and unfinished master planned community situated as an afterthought in a somewhat undesirable city.

Slums are a magnet to those undesirables as well, drifters assume such areas are not taken care of because owners and tenants don't care.

There is no such thing as undesirable work.

I am a CA Realtor, a CA loan officer, and I love tiling, doing mud work, fences, landscaping, painting, fixtures, baseboards, fans, appliances, etc.
