(We decided not to do a formal lease; we have enough of a relationship by now that I trust him in a house we technically own for another week.)We are rehabbing our former home right now, but as soon as we finish working on that house, we'll tackle our beautiful new sub2 and get it on the rental market.So that's how it happened!

If you see parts that concern you, like dirty spots leaning towards might be mold soon, you can try to tackle it by scrubbing with a bleach/water mix.

Long-term, I would love to amass 3-4plexes and commercial apartment buildings in the New Haven area and market them specifically to students (Yale/SCSU), but I don't think that's something I'm ready to tackle without more experience (and capitol).Anyways, if you got through all this - thanks for listening to me blab on!
