It’s usually a stretch but your southwest markets are “strange” to me...

California is a big example, and I believe its lots of the West and Southwest states. 

Looking to also invest in the Southwest Virginia market(Radford, Christiansburg and Blacksburg) as that is where I'm from and have lots of knowledge as well as contacts.

In my neighborhood we have had 3 Southwest pilots (2 from San Jose, one San Diego) move into my NEIGHBORHOOD (just 244 houses) recently. 

Baby boomers don't want to deal with cold winters and only the place in Canada that stays at least somewhat warm in the winters is Southwest BC.There are also a lot of people moving out of the downtown Vancouver area right now.

I currently wholesale in the Roanoke and southwest VA market. 

I am residing in California and  lookingfor Investor friendly agents who can help me find multifamilies in Southwest Florida ( Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Fort Meyers).

When they built the apartment 30 years ago, they could only wire the front of the building and not the remaining 4 units facing the Southwest.

I'm a liitle farther southwest of you (Amherst) near Lynchburg, VA.

Im sorry, I used the wrong location, I meant to say south west Michigan by the lake, Im from Los Angeles and I love the weather by the beach, but I also am looking for privacy like a wooded area, that's my main reason I want to move to Michigan, because I know the weather there is nice and its full of wooded areas, my biggest issue is finding something available like that, I am going to be getting into real estate and I want to be close to Indiana because I will be buying multiple properties there, mostly in Indianapolis, I know the travel is inconvenient but I will be doing it full time.
