So I just think that they can be great "On paper" Cashflow deals, but I did not see that realized and I could never create a scalable hands free/ Stress free business model.

@Drew ByrdIf you look around the forums, all the large players agree that direct mail is still the best, scalable solution for a large funnel. 

The business isn't scalable if it is reliant on me for nights and weekends.

Direct mail is supposed to be used in a scalable fashion.

Short term renters will have more questions and requests during their stay which for me was not a scalable model.  

True, you can cold call or door-knock but those aren't scalable approaches. 

But it's just a much more hands on business and not as scalable.

My wife and I are both equally invested into making this a scalable business one day.  

Currently I am getting by with Google Sheets and importing those sheets into Google Maps, etc and everything is working great, its just 1) it is labor intensive 2) it is not really scalable and 3) it doesn't work well with virtual assistants.
