While I have not encountered this, and know there are very odd requirements placed on property owners looking to develop land, this feels a little off given there are other property owners on the road and life-safety access tends to be the top most requirement in all roadways.

I torn because I like the driving mode for Deal Machine over the Propstream driving mode, but I find myself using Propstream at my desk over Deal Machine. 

Then think about putting extra things for safety such as lights that turn on when they sense movement or an alarm system.

It also depends on things like if you're investing in debt or equity (for completely different answers...again more safety equals lower return and more risk equals more potential reward ).
