Never touch up a wall that was painted with a roller, with a brush.

I did not sand the cabinets and it worked just fine....however YOU HAVE TO spray it on and not use a brush/roller.

Looks like sandy soil , i would grade it ouy , get some number 2 crushed concrete ( its cheap) use that for the base , hit it with a vibratory roller , then get some number 7 blue stone to top it off to look good .

While there are some "high rollers" on this site, most of us are mom and pop investors.
