If I purchase this cabin, I want to do a complete update which would require parting with most of the furniture, so I have a few questions:1.How do new owners remove large and numerous items from a cabin if you are remote?  

holes and sticky stuff colorful on my entry door that can’t be removed.

I tried craigslist but my listings keep getting removed for some reason.

Currently have a 24 year tenant, who has agreed to a new 3 year extension, where they take care of all utilitites, lawn service, snow removal and minor maintenance up to $400. 

Anytime you can remove a barrier to booking, you will get more bookings.

Robert has been removed from the project and Rod Khalif has been brought in as the "fixer."  

If whatever those issues are have been fixed/removed - it will be the same process as any other type of loan. 

We handled the security for it for many years, but one of my partners handled some management for it, but was removed from that position when the new owner bought the property.

I will add that this is possible to get an Airbnb review removed if they do this.

Besides, since they did the design/drawings, regardless of anything you do or sign, they will ALWAYS be responsible for any problems (real or fake) that comes from anyone using their plans.
