If it's someone I know I won't take a deposit, but if it's someone random I'd like to get $1000.

For example, a woman catches your eye in a 50% rule thread - she's located right between MikeOH and Will arguing - and you randomly send her: "If you were a super hero what would your super power be?"

I might just copy that and get 4 pre-paid cards and randomly give them out.

This was probably mostly due to the randomness of the business, but at least 3 tenants moved because they simply couldn't afford the rent.

I would use a random orbital, variable speed electric hand sander with wet/dry sandpaper on it (grounded plug) and just give that tile a whiz.
