Prior to having to go on this program,   due to having had a newborn baby boy,  Whom had to have multiple surgeries within the first few weeks of his life, I was a *Typical Renter* and had never even heard of the Program before,  in fact the Hospital staff introduced me to the program, as I had basically lost everything from having to stay in Baltimore at the Ronald McDonald house to be close to my son for a rather extended period of time...

It is a mentoring program as well as a resource provider for people who like to join with me in investing in Turnkey properties away from home.The IWG system is pretty narrow (some people call that a "niche" in marketing).

To address the point brought up by Account Closed feel like Roofstock used any part of the academy program as a tool to sell you their listings?

There is also a program, a forgivable loan of $25k, to build an Adu to ease the housing crisis and keep rents moderate, basically pre-fab but no garage only an Adu...

No offense, but this post looks like it's from someone in the 'investor education' business, selling advice on how to get rich quick with my program.

I can't speak to the Illinois assistance program as I have no background with it.
