Simplify the structure as much as possible, have clear roles and responsibilities that are not overlapping (meaning only one person is allowed to make certain decisions) and a clearly defined exit plan.

Another key benefit is diversification; an SDIRA allows you to include real estate in your portfolio, reducing risk by spreading your investments across different asset types, which isn’t possible with a standard IRA.Moreover, assets in an SDIRA often enjoy protection from creditors, adding a layer of security to your investments.

Might want to start that conversation with the lender if this looks like a possibility.

I have not heard of one of those, but am gearing up to buy my second house and could possibly use some sort of loan program like that!

Hi @Kyle McCorkelLooking at Palmyra currently, and actually just submitted an offer on a possible STR.

At the end of the project's life the land must be restored to a natural state and the materials must be recycled if possible, eg. stripping out metal, etc. 

I've seen estimates of $200 to $400 per square foot for SoCal with $700 sq ft for something higher end and building up a hill and but possibly higher for San Francisco Bay Area (lhigher labor costs, etc.).  

I’m here to learn as much as possible, network with experienced investors and agents, and find business partners who share similar goals.
