I’ve been reading a lot about rolling up closing costs, as well as costs of new furniture into my mortgage.

I enjoy good company of friends and family, outdoors and learning new things.

Primarily I build custom furniture, as far as the home improvement side: general home repair (doors, drywall, paint etc).  

I only have leather like living room furniture as well, less penetrating material, easier to sterilize and clean.

You really need tenants with nice furniture that live clean and are very cooperative.

Is it really worth spending an hour of your time to sell that piece of equipment with a resale value of 75$ or furniture that takes up 8 square feet and sits around on craigslist for 3 months before it sells?

I wouldn’t say they trashed the place, they just didn’t take their broken furniture with them.I would make sure you understand the laws before doing this yourself (although a PM).

We have all the outdoor stuff you are looking for with lower property costs than the front range Denver area - and better weather.
