@Anthony Dooley Your absolutely  right that was the problem i was facing, so many niches to choose from it was slightly overwhelming trying to narrow down the choices to just one or 2.

The collateral file is missing two Allonges.On the title service I purchased it shows the assignments are recorded showing going from A - B and then B - C but no allonges for those transactions.What recommendations do you have?

This is also determined on where we settle which is hard to narrow down at this stage and if my brother in law wants to come in with us on some deals.Im an ambitious person, with experience in property.

@Jacob Real - good intention but need to narrow it down and define your goals.

There is a reason that only 10% are in the B and I category, because it takes hard work, dedication, constant learning and sometimes a little luck too.  

Then you collect your option fee from the t/b and are out of the deal.

Just like many areas I understand this can change from block to block, however I would like to narrow down my search to B/B- class neighborhoods, with a max price of 50K.

I have looked through several resumes and narrowed it down to 3 people who have excellent experience working for some of the big name apartment complexes and property management companies in town.

Also keep in mind most people that are boasting their rate of returns don't seem to be saying if the properties are Class A, B, C, or D.One of the things that I do is look at my portfolio as a whole, I have brand new construction in Class A areas, in addition to Class B, and Class C properties.
