During the summer months there are a few events, functions and festival type activities going on so you get a few bookings around that.

Do you have someone that manages it all including bookings and customer service or just specific parts like cleaning only?

The best way to add to your learning on here and in books and podcast is with in-person real estate investor meetups.

Then I wrote 3 books, became the person in charge of education in my REI and had to produce presentations every month (at least 2) for it, and before I knew it,...It's not as hard as you think, at least it was for me. 

By accepting pets, it not only has it increased my cash flow per stay, but it has opened up my place for more bookings.
