I just finished reading "The House Hacking Strategy" by Craig Curelop, and I think that gave me some good introductory knowledge on house hacking, but I know that I still have to do a lot more research.

Their website looks frankly a little "lite."

The help I have provided with a few home remodels has consisted of kitchen and bathroom layouts, flow and functionality, fixtures and finishes of the home, all while trying to stay within budget.  

Just finished a property sale.

I am curious to know what other marketing websites and strategies you employ when listing your rentals.  

All they had to do was finish the work, sell the property, and they would get all of their money back plus profit.
