I've already developed financial discipline so it wasn't a ton of new stuff for me but it was easy to read, full of good information, and I've shared/recommended it to many.

@Jordan Lucas Metalworker by trade in the Army; heating and mechanical while I was in high school.If I had to pick a useful military discipline that I have that's transferred/aged well with my real estate ventures, I'd go with both infantry and analyst.

This REALLY comes down to your own drive, self-discipline, and PERSISTENCE.

Self-discipline or another opinion helps that.

For example:1. you don’t pay taxes on your cash out unlike the flips because it’s borrowed (so discipline to re-invest is a must)2.

The bad news is that it's like a big credit card and easy to over-spend or spend foolishly.Make sure you're very disciplined in your spending and know how to make smart purchases before borrowing the equity.
