The daughter of the owner posted it and quite a few people were interested, but they really were lowballing her.

We bought our daughter a house, and are working together for our family's future.

She does have a daughter that is attempting to help but cannot afford the rent. 

I have a name of his daughter, (small town, old family) and possible contact info but not sure how to phrase this whole situation to someone dealing with a recent unexpected passing. 2b.

The 2 daughters are on board with selling, but concerned that the government, Medicare, etc. will 'take' the proceeds to pay for his care. 

I am currently renting for 3K a month (i know, it's insane here) and need to stay in this area for the next few years until my daughter graduates high school.

My issue is that I live in the SF Bay Area (very expensive) and I'm here for the next three years until my daughter graduates high school. 

I had an extremely horrific experience with a condo I owned that was managed by CAMCO management (google to see my review) and therefore, steer clear of any complexes managed by them or anyone affiliated (I recently heard the owner of CAMCO passed away and his daughter opened a new company.)

My daughter is 14 and makes that much working part-time at McDonalds.
