Sometimes I get a hold of a family member who knows the person I am attempting to contact - which is my book is a win!

Putting the properties in an LLC will not change the character of the income.

We also have a portfolio of single family rental homes that we operate ourselves and it's in our attempt to get more passive that we went into the syndications.

That said, I am curious about the following:1) are there any glaring reasons one can think of to attempt to keep a property zoned commercially, even with residential use?

However, it seems to simply attempt to provide the revenue side of the equation. 

I am debating collecting signatures and filing a remonstrance in attempts to have their liquor license revoked as well for its negative impact on the neighborhood. 

Then Mar, Apr im making more attempts to figure this out with no reply from excise and license.  

Hey everyone, Ive been investing for a few years now and im finally going to attempt to scale quicker in the next few months.Im located in Rochester NY and I would love to connect with anyone real estate related. 

I spent 6 months doing deal analysis and attempted several offers to BRRRR in Indianapolis and the ARVs weren't high enough to refinance of to pull money back out of. 

I am looking to attempt this next month (May), but if anyone has had any successful stories or opinions on it, I would appreciate any feedback!
