@Aaron GouldAre you looking for strictly a tenant screening service, or a software that incorporates more than just screening (marketing, rent payments, etc.)?

As some mortgage companies offer some financing deals to incorporate the purchase price then another mortgage for the rehab cost then you may need to find a HML.  

Read a bank mortgage and promissory note and incorporate similar clauses.

If you incorporate these items in your tenant application, it will help you to screen applicants more efficiently and filter out the deadbeats.Good luck!

I have been investing for a couple of years now, and with all thanks to God, my business is growing, so I am looking to incorporate driven individuals into my business model to handle the increased workload.

I have opened up so many newer options, those comments are no longer relevant as I've been buying 4-5 properties/year and Brrrr them and either incorporating them into my portfolio using LLC which then don't count against my 10 traditional mortgages, or selling them off.
