I started my day calmly and thinking about real estate and so I find myself reminding myself of my goals during the day which can get hectic. 

I will likely be investing out of state when things calm down and return back to LA.

Not a reduction of benefits, but less money in her pocket.If this is a good deal, offer to pay for a consultation with a good accountant to calm her fears.

For me having experienced the riots first hand, it was scary for those two nights where the majority of fires happened but once the curfew was strictly enforced it has been quite calm since then.

I didn't see a mention to acquisition fees, asset management fees, disposition fees, waterfalls and what your split is. 

While the OM will project the expected rate of return and waterfall distribution, investors should understand that these numbers are projections and are not guaranteed.
