I've read everywhere that they do not.Can someone explain which one is the correct choice and if any extra taxes are involved if they need to be on the LLC?

They’re affordable and a hit with families and groups, especially for evenings or bad weather.

Now I'm not saying this is a bad thing - but it's something to consider.
