In the sellers defense, she is a senior and she did get fall ill for a couple of weeks and needed almost a week and a half of recovery time but my patience is running thin.Ive spent more than a fair share of time building rapport with her.

I can see commercial real estate taking a much stronger hit as businesses closed and vacancy rates skyrocketed, but I am thinking that residential at the time for savvy REI's would have had experienced minimal downsides that just required you to hunker down, conserve cash and wait for the recovery to open up a windfall of cheap properties and huge opportunities. 

Recovery Abounds

We're having a long, muddle-through recovery....but it is still a recovery.

Until the banks clear the wreckage off of their balance sheets and this "extend and pretend" crap ends the recovery will sputter.

Collection and recovery from a loan can come from the collateral or the borrower or both.  

While claims in equity may survive as a practicle matter, if my security interests are not actively sought in a timely manner I may be barred from recovery.

This can be a very profitable business but you absolutely have to know what you're doing, or partner with an operator who does.Transitional housing, Halfway houses, rooming houses, recovery or 12-step houses.

I read that article and the funny thing about them is that it seems one person thinks we are on the road to recovery and the next thinks our economy is going to fully collapse.
