You are likely doing him a favor in the long run by not enabling this childishness and showing him that this is not how adults behave.

I currently own one unit in Florida and used to be a mortgage broker before I moved to California to work in the entertainment business..For the last decade I've given myself various financial "challenges" to help keep me focused.

Aiming for young adults ages 22-30yrs old.

The challenge will be finding a lender to entertain this deal.

The PNT who is in Seattle cannot meet in person to see the place and wants to discuss more information over the phone.My main question for the BP community is how do I go about entertaining both of these tenants interests in the new place?
