Good afternoon Jaycee, 6 make up the equity and they are currently under my name due to some past Refi's.I have actually proposed selling the trucking company to one of my drivers or at least giving him a percentage to recoup some of my initial investment.

Has the borrower actually received anything?

For that reason (& other reasons like no one was meeting even online), I started Real Estate Rocks. 

I recommend checking the areas near University Circle for that reason, but there are some spots not far from there that can be rough, so do your due diligence.

I'd love to see some actual numbers for flipper's careers, and the formulas for expected returns if flippers are willing to share them.

There's actually some deeper nuance here than just the holding period. 

They claim that their clients are seeing a large return on their investment but would love to hear from somoene who has actually worked with them.
