Jacob, odds are that most of those deals that you’re seeing on those sites have been seen by dozens of other seasoned investors who passed on those deals already.

I doubt that he will take me to court to get his first month’s rent returned, but we’ll see...never had anyone break a lease before moving in before - so odd.

What a odd stat : 96.4% of Californians with mortgages owe less than their homes are worth.I'd hope that almost no one is underwater when appreciation is still strong, I mean even people who bought few mo ago with 0 down  would in theory (for a lot of the state) owe less than their homes value.

Be sure to include not just fixing leaking sinks and the run of the mill maintenance items but also make-ready work and other odds and ends, like regular seasonal items (checking furnaces, A/Cs, lawncare, etc).

Hello everyone, I’ve recently heard about investors telling people to invest in bitcoin.it seems odd that almost every day I'm seeing a ad to purchase bitcoin so that is raising a flag in my mind.. anyways I thought I’d ask the everyone on here what their opinions are on this so call amazing investment that seems to be bubbling faster than anything else... 

It seems really odd to me that there is no payment plan for weekly payment plan in place.

This is NOT a hard and fast rule but the odds are in your favor there.The winterizing crews they use don't bother to check the system BEFORE they winterize.
