I actually like the cold but don't like the snow at all unless it's there for a purpose.....like snowboarding.Anyways, where would be a warm place that you would like to invest? 

I was curious what other owners have done for snow shoveling and what they think a fair price is.

Regarding the additional items you identified:Landscaping is tough to assess given the snow. 

.- clears the road of snow leading up to your cabin- removes a 50 year old tree that fell in your driveway last night and the guests can't depart.- removes a snake from under the sofa- comes to remove the trash when it's piling up- helps guests find your cabin when it is 1am and they are completely lostYou are going to need to have the proverbial "boots on the ground" at your STR, unless you live nearby.  

You’ll be 99% occupied Mid March thru Labor Day and 25% after that unless you can get some snow birds to rent it.Depends on how close to the beach, how many can you sleep in the 4 bedroom, and do you have a private pool?
