Eventually, I convinced one of my residents that they were better off seeking a different place to call home.They did a midnight move, leaving couches, chairs, bedding, uneaten food, etc all over the place.

The economics will no longer work because the musical chairs financing their poor business model will no longer work.

I want to use investing as a means to be able to spend more time with my future family than an office chair and a computer screen while making someone else's dream come true rather than my own.
