Are there any tools, websites, or resources you’d recommend specifically for real estate investors in Ontario?

I own a duplex property (I do not live on site) and I'm renting out the 2 bed/1 bath back house.

While both involve finding and properly securing a site and bringing it to full entitlement, the ground-up process includes the land piece but gets way more involved and complex to execute.The full "Monty" for ground-up development needs to include financial literacy, an explanation of metrics, and how they work.

However, you appear to be the type that doesnt really want to deal with some of the work or extra effort needed for those strategies.

I am aware of Crexi, Bizbuysell, and Loopnet and reach out when I see something for sale on those sites.

Also do you have any info on him. i can dig up some info on him and then get an attorney to file a suit against him if oyu wanted to go that route. happy to assist in digging up info so you can give it to an attorney. note I am not an attorney but a note investor and good at finding stuff on the web

It appears that the parents are on the mortgage.Are they also on the deed?

Also, as others have noted the way you appear in a lenders eyes will change as soon as that $500k salary goes away.
