Its a slow learning process if you havent been in the lending, investing or real estate world before.

First pro is you learn how to be a landlord and to manage properties and this is the best way to get started into real estate investing.

I’m still learning but would love to hear about any tips or methods that have worked for you.

So back to the drawing board, but for myself the big takeaway is to continue on the course that I set out on and too continually learn and stay involved with goals that I set out on and to stay focused.

Lessons learned?

You can join a "hemorrhoids suffers group" for relief but you can't join a "SubTo Community" to learn SubTo" properly and legally.

It is what it is - if anything you lose a little and learn some lessons going forward to apply to your real estate investing career. 

At which point our evaluation should rise on the community for closer to $4,000,000.00 Lessons learned?
