Every cafe is pretty much packed, traffic is terrible again, and you can't get a seat on the train.All that said, the rental market has certainly softened, I know this from experience of trying to rent out one of my units and chatting with my fellow NYC landlord buddies. 

I'm curious, I know all markets are pretty hot right but do you see any softening coming towards the end of 2021 as the lockdown restrictions ease and people who were waiting to list their houses start adding to the supply pool to meet all of this demand?

I do feel like when stimulus is withdrawn we will see a noticeable softening in some areas of the country.

We will know when the market starts softening.
