If the OP wants to see the info I would request the maximum the PM can send redacting info if needed and have the disclosure in the future worded so you can review and provide final approval if that is what you want.

Quite often I see the seller requiring some type of downpayment, with interest only payments (usually higher than market rates) for X years, with a balloon payment due at the end of the term.
