The platform has persistent sync issues with financial institutions that just won’t go away, even after weeks of troubleshooting with their support team.

Thank you--everyone is looking at this as the "next big thing" and I'm torn between encouraging it and ripping apart anyone who wants to get involved "just for the ROI"  ha ha ha.

I'm looking at the different property management platforms and wondering if there are any that people LOVE that does all the property management stuff but also does a good job tracking the financials?

I've run into a lot of people on this platform that were offended at the idea of paying for good education.  

This is a viable path from a 1031 perspective, but I would encourage you to look into what TIC really means.
