Anyone ever try the app plowz & mowz?

@Roy N. sorry for the multi posts when I clicked post on the app it just shut down and gave me no indication that it posted.

If you check the app, it looks pretty legal to me.  

Ya just say here is my rental criteria, if you don't meet this don't apply because you'll be wasting your app fee and my time. 

I'll shoot you an email since I can't figure out how to send a request through the app.

(like... no dogs, no cats, must have credit app, must have great job, must be handsome etc etc)3)  Process to Answer Calls - What percent of calls are picked up in 60 seconds or less (needs to be 90% of the time or better... we are at 93% in 30 seconds).

I find the BiggerPockets app to be somewhat limited on mobile devices w The exception of reading/podcasts.

We show in teams -- one is showing the apartment while the other is verifying ID, answering questions on the rental applications and collecting app fees.
