So what does one do/ say in order to be taken serious and thus get what is needed.At this point, I do not have an official business as yet ( but the logo etc are being worked on now).

There isn't even any electronic copies of the logo or brochure information.

So typically there's a couple of things that need to be met to build in a flood zone, but first and foremost, you NEED to contact the local jurisdiction to see if the exact location can be built on and you need to confirm their conclusions based on looking at their ordinances (city if it is incorporated or county if it is unincorporated, in most cases; some places the state-level).

I plan to incorporate 6 ft fences, barbed wire, cameras, signs eluding to the cameras and possibly audible alarms or electric top-wire to deter the would be thieves.

I’ve read several articles here on BP about LLC and have some base knowledge about them but I wanted to seek more expert advice here regarding how we can get started with them, some uncommon things about LLCs or incorporating in Delaware that we should know, and other things.

I was curious to know how other landlords handle guest overnight policies for their tenants and how/if this is incorporated into the rental agreement.

How will you differentiate yourself from the people twice your age that have bought/sold their own homes many times, know what it's like to be a functional member of a community, raised children, owned businesses, worked a 30-year career in corporate America, lived through the housing crisis of 2008, and earned more than a few battle scars in life?
