I feel like I missing a piece of information here.If this is accurate, these expectations are wildly unrealistic.

I have acquired a piece of property that has an existing cell tower on it.

We help with that piece, as well.Lastly, in my opinion if someone is "too busy to respond"....it's not a good sign for the ongoing relationship!

I think that the cost of the management is not as important as the trust and the piece of mind someone might get from hiring a great property manager.
