I have a 2 year old daughter and another child on the way so I just want to make sure my family is able to live comfortable in the future. 

I sign for certified mail addressed to others that comes to my PO Box (my husband, my daughter) and I'm never asked for ID.  

I think the owner died a while ago and her daughter has the property now.Before repair value - unknown, home is uninhabitable right now and might be moldy inside.After repair value - 950,000After repair rental income 3500/monthRepair costs- I'm thinking at least 150KI want to gain control of the home with little or no money down, catch up the taxes, fix it up with investor money and then either buy and hold or sell by assigning the contract.

I’d appreciate any feedback...In general my retirement plan is to sequentially buy homes on a 24 month cycle for myself, my son and his wife and and my daughter.

No siblings at all and in 2005 we have formal documents from a lawyer stating that since the daughter is the only heir and that she is living in the home already that she did not need to transfer the name and if she wanted to that it could be done through title when she sells the property.

In the meantime, the contents of my 2nd bedroom, where my daughters sleep when they visit, where my studio is, and where I store many things are now in my kitchen eating area.  

I wish you the best, if you were my daughter I would be extremely nervous Dad, same goes if you boyfriend was my son.

A couple of times we've been thanked by said girl's father/parents for looking out for her interests - not hard to do when you have daughters and understand how these things can happen. 

The daughter of the owner posted it and quite a few people were interested, but they really were lowballing her.
