I'm also partnered up on a couple of deals here but I'd like to explore expanding into the US as I read a lot of books & listen to many podcasts about the US market.Over the past few months I have been piecing together small bits of information but I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions of books, podcasts, blogs etc that offer a lot of information on this type of situation.I have been in contact with a number of banks in the US about acquiring finance but most of them are more geared towards helping foreign nationals purchase one property to live in while they move or work within the US.

The brokerage-level training is more geared towards the nuts and bolts of what to do first and how to grow organically with sphere of influence and other lead sources you may already have on hand without knowing it.Network network network. 

Ive bought and sold a condo in the Blacklick area several years ago, Bought and sold (Wanted to hold this one) in Whitehall and now we are gearing up to head into hilltop area and north linden area.  

While it certainly hasn't been easy, it's definitely been worth it as we are gearing up for our next expansion into the new year.

I am trying to find local providers, but am having a difficult time finding someone who has a good program geared towards multi-tenant buildings.

You would think there has to be one that is geared toward working professionals. 

In my case, I've posted my views that the best in-depth resources are local community colleges and/or law classes geared specifically to your state statute.

On a prior call with sales dept, I think they mentioned yardi and a bunch of ones I had never heard of, and I am familiar with the top tier ones geared to single family houses. 

They really all have no knowledge of the real estate world but do have skills in marketing, wine making and running wineries.

I have been reading BiggerPockets for several years now but recently decided to jump in feet first.I am not a complete novice to Real Estate investing but I have a very long way to go in order to fulfill my dreams of giving my family the long term income and security they deserve.I firmly believe that Real Estate along with a balanced portfolio of retirement accounts is the only way to go.Real Estate has always been a passion of mine, to learn my craft and acquire as many income producing properties as possible.As of recent and what really got me into high gear is that my first baby (girl) was born 8 months ago and I want to provide for her future unlike mine.Now I have this new hunger, direction and priority in life and have decided to commit myself 100%I know this is going to be a long process and am very ambitious and having a newborn is a powerful motivator to learn and create wealth for my wife and baby.A little background on me…I am married and have a 8 month old baby girl.
