(And the unreasonable ones are no fun to work with. :)More importantly, even if you do get this objection, as long as the market is on your side (you're trying to sell the home for its actual market value) then the market will do what it does best when you're priced correctly and is highly likely to bring you a buyer at around list price.Sorry I can't give my two cents on the price disclosure question, I don't work in a non-disclosure state.

When you buy a property for $30K, it's tough to make a profit selling it for under $60K; but, buying a property for $250K and selling for under $500K isn't unreasonable.

In Georgia, there is not specific time frame detailing how quickly a repair needs to be completed...if the repair was considered an emergency, the following day isn't unreasonable at all...even a few days if over a weekend or a part needed to be ordered...unless the lease specifically called for owner reimbursement for that situation, I would not reimburse the tenant because they chose to go to a hotel.
